Episode 10: Stick-to-it-iveness

Have you ever heard of this word? Phrase? Zig Ziglar-ism? Life throws some pretty tough stuff our way on a daily basis..dare I say hourly basis, and sometimes I just feel like quitting. Quitting the job, the diet, the podcast, the vision, the debt-free journey, quitting trying to quit smoking, quitting this "thing" that we're trying to do because it gets really challenging. Ever feel like you just want to pack up your bags and call it a day? The goals you wrote down, committed to, told everyone about back in January? Still got 'em? Or like many including myself...have you given up on some or all by now?
In this episode I discuss a few of these things and attempt to offer encouragement to continue.
